The Advanced Database Research Group was founded by Dr. Sudha Ram, Professor in the Management Information Systems department at Eller College of Management.
Qualified students from all over the globe are admitted to the MIS program. Many of these Master's and Ph.D. students become part of the ADRG family and get involved in different research projects such as Heterogeneous Database Systems, Semantic Modeling, BioInformatics and Spatio-Temporal Semantics, Business Rules Modeling, Web services Discovery and Selection, and Automated software tools for database design.
